Biff Bar Bulk Supply Customs Clearance in Illinois: Field Notes from the Trade Desk

Timing orders around the production calendar

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shanghai Yangshan and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Payment terms for Illinois accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Cartons for biff bar bulk supply are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Carton markings include item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross/net weight, so warehouse receiving is fast.

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Guangzhou Nansha, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 10 to 15 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Practical checklist

• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base

• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
