Biff Bar Bulk Supply Customs Clearance FAQ for Serbia Retailers and Distributors
After-sales support and claims handling
Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.
Sample evaluation should mirror real trading conditions: open the carton, check sealing and labeling, test draw and vapor, then compare flavor against the reference profile the desk provides.
Comparing quotations the professional way
The biggest lever on price is specification. Higher puff counts, larger cells, premium mesh coils and custom packaging all shift cost, so it pays to decide which features your customers actually use rather than paying headroom for headline numbers that do not sell.
The fastest route to a live number is a message with quantity and destination. Those two details let the desk return biff bar bulk supply unit pricing, freight options and stock positions for Serbia in a single reply - usually within hours.
Landed cost planning for Serbia buyers
Repeat orders tend to get better economics: forecasting lets us reserve production slots and consolidate freight. Buyers on a standing reorder cycle routinely secure the best combination of price and availability for biff bar bulk supply.
Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Serbia trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Frequently asked questions
How do you handle defective units?
Confirmed defects are replaced on the next order against photo or video evidence. Pre-shipment AQL inspection keeps defect rates low, and claims are processed against batch records rather than estimates.
What puffs and battery specs do these devices offer?
Configurations range from compact 15,000-puff devices with 1,000mAh cells to high-capacity lines, spanning e-liquid volumes of 5ml. Specifications are confirmed per SKU on the quotation sheet.
Can you help with flavor selection for my market?
Absolutely. We maintain regional sales data and can propose a starter flavor mix matched to Romania, then refine it based on your sell-through. Fruit, ice, mint, tobacco and dessert profiles are all in regular production.
What payment terms do you accept?
New orders generally run on bank transfer with a deposit to confirm production and the balance before shipment. Established accounts with order history can discuss milestone-based terms for container programs.
Can I order mixed flavors in one carton?
Yes. Most biff bar bulk supply lines allow mixed flavor packing within a master carton, typically in inner-tray multiples. This lets retailers offer a broad range from day one and identify the local best-sellers before reordering deep.
How long does production and shipping take?
Ready-stock orders ship within days; custom or production orders take 7 to 10 working days depending on quantity and season. Sea freight to most major markets follows on top of that, with air freight available for urgent launches.
Which nicotine strengths are available?
The range typically spans 50mg nicotine salt, subject to destination regulation. Zero-nicotine versions are offered for markets that restrict nicotine, and strength labeling is adjusted to match local requirements.
Can I print my own brand on the products?
Private-label biff bar bulk supply is supported with modest minimums, covering device colors, logo printing, flavor development and full custom retail packaging. Digital mockups precede physical samples, and production starts only after your sign-off.
Do you ship to the United Kingdom?
Yes — we ship to the Philippines on a regular basis via sea, air or express depending on volume. Ask for a DDP quotation if you want duties and taxes included, or FOB if your forwarder handles freight.
