Biff Bar Bulk Supply Distributor Program Checklist for Hungary Trade Buyers

Freight options from Shenzhen to Hungary

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Shekou and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

First orders from Hungary rarely need to be large. A mixed biff bar bulk supply carton starting at 100 units tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.

After-sales support and claims handling

Independent reports are available on request: FCC documentation, transport test results and material safety data accompany orders where destination regulation requires them. If your market needs a specific filing, tell us before production and we confirm in writing rather than discovering the gap at customs.

Lead-time discipline separates professional importers from frustrated ones. Hungary orders placed ahead of Chinese public holidays and peak shipping season move on schedule; last-minute bookings compete with everyone else for freight space.

Practical checklist

• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base

Container and pallet economics for Hungary

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

When destination rules in Hungary change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.
