Biff Bar Bulk Supply Distributor Program Checklist for Michigan Trade Buyers

Flavor planning for the Michigan market

Fruit profiles anchor the biff bar bulk supply range: bright, clean top notes with a smooth finish that sells across age groups. Ice and menthol variants add the cooling finish that dominates warm-weather markets, while dessert and drink profiles round out the shelf for variety seekers.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Michigan launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.

Reorder cycles and demand patterns in Michigan

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Michigan trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Practical checklist

• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand

Container and pallet economics for Michigan

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Guangzhou Nansha and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Regional flavor data matters more than most buyers expect. Reorder patterns from previous Michigan seasons are available on request, and the desk uses them to suggest a biff bar bulk supply opening mix that matches local sell-through instead of a generic bestseller list.
