Colombia Biff Bar Bulk Supply Export Service: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

The biggest lever on price is specification. Higher puff counts, larger cells, premium mesh coils and custom packaging all shift cost, so it pays to decide which features your customers actually use rather than paying headroom for headline numbers that do not sell.

Wholesale biff bar bulk supply pricing sits in a wide band depending on specification — roughly $2.80 per unit on typical ready-stock lines, with aggressive tier reductions as quantity increases. Quotations always separate unit price, packing and freight so buyers can see exactly what moves the number.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Shenzhen Shekou, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 3 to 5 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Colombia shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

Lead-time discipline separates professional importers from frustrated ones. Colombia orders placed ahead of Chinese public holidays and peak shipping season move on schedule; last-minute bookings compete with everyone else for freight space.

Practical checklist

• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays

Retail presentation and display support

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

First orders from Colombia rarely need to be large. A mixed biff bar bulk supply carton starting at 300 units tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.
