Biff Bar Bulk Supply Flavor Range Checklist for Rhode Island Trade Buyers

Documents that travel with every shipment

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Rhode Island shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Production begins with incoming inspection: cells are sorted for capacity and internal resistance, e-liquid batches are verified for nicotine content and density, and structural components are checked against the approved sample. Only released materials reach the biff bar bulk supply line.

Private-label projects for Rhode Island brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.

Practical checklist

• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins

Comparing quotations the professional way

The biggest lever on price is specification. Higher puff counts, larger cells, premium mesh coils and custom packaging all shift cost, so it pays to decide which features your customers actually use rather than paying headroom for headline numbers that do not sell.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Rhode Island launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.
