Biff Bar Bulk Supply MOQ Checklist for Austria Trade Buyers

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Trade demand in Austria rewards depth over breadth. A focused biff bar bulk supply core range that never goes out of stock outsells a wide shelf with gaps, so the minimum order quantities plan should be built around real turnover rather than catalog size.

Comparing quotations the professional way

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including RoHS — before goods leave.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Austria warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.

Practical checklist

• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
