The Ireland Biff Bar Bulk Supply MOQ Handbook for Distributors

Packaging standards for export cartons

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Mixed-flavor cartons remain the default recommendation for a first Ireland order. Once sell-through data identifies local winners, reorders lean into them while keeping a variety tail for browsing customers.

Landed cost planning for Ireland buyers

Cartons for biff bar bulk supply are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Carton markings include item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross/net weight, so warehouse receiving is fast.

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Shenzhen Shekou, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 3 to 5 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Repeat orders tend to get better economics: forecasting lets us reserve production slots and consolidate freight. Buyers on a standing reorder cycle routinely secure the best combination of price and availability for biff bar bulk supply.

Common mistakes Ireland first-time buyers make

The most common first-order error is over-buying a single flavor based on personal taste rather than local data. Mixed cartons and regional recommendations remove most of that risk for biff bar bulk supply programs.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Ireland warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.

Claims are rare and handled fast. Photo evidence of a damaged carton or defective unit is matched against batch records and resolved with replacement units on the next biff bar bulk supply shipment to Ireland.

Freight options from Shenzhen to Ireland

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Ningbo-Zhoushan and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Compliance is handled before dispatch, not after arrival. Every biff bar bulk supply carton for Ireland leaves with the document set the destination requires - CE paperwork, ingredient statements and battery transport reports where applicable.

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

On the line, finished units go through automated draw testing, leak tests under pressure cycling and visual inspection. AQL 2.5 sampling governs the pre-shipment check: a statistically meaningful sample is drawn from every biff bar bulk supply carton run and inspected for draw resistance, vapor volume, labeling and sealing.

Finished units are coded by production date and line, foil-sealed or blister-packed, and grouped into inner trays. The coding is what makes end-to-end traceability possible — every returned unit can be traced back to the exact batch of cells and e-liquid.
