Biff Bar Bulk Supply OEM Service Checklist for Norway Trade Buyers

Storage and shelf life at your Norway warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Norway warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.

Timing orders around the production calendar

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including GMP — before goods leave.

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Practical checklist

• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand

Retail presentation and display support

Staff education costs are minimal: the category is self-explanatory to adult buyers, and the flavor cards handle most questions. That operational simplicity is why convenience chains keep expanding shelf space for the category.

Payment terms for Norway accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.
