Biff Bar Bulk Supply Payment Terms in India: Overview for Trade Buyers

Storage and shelf life at your India warehouse

Biff Bar Bulk Supply stores well, but simple discipline protects shelf life. Keep cartons in a cool, dry warehouse away from direct sunlight, avoid stacking pallets above the marked limit, and rotate stock first-in-first-out so no unit sits past its best window.

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Landed cost — not factory price — is the number to compare. Freight, duties, insurance and handling can move the final figure substantially. VapeWholesaleHub provides DDP quotations on request, giving a single predictable cost per unit delivered to India.

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Packaging standards for export cartons

Retail presentation for biff bar bulk supply starts at the factory. Single units are sealed in foil pouches or blister cards with tamper-evident marks, grouped in inner trays of ten, and loaded into five-layer export master cartons that survive long-haul handling.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to India: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Freight options from Shenzhen to India

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Guangzhou Nansha and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Ningbo-Zhoushan, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 5 to 7 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.
