Biff Bar Bulk Supply Reorder Program Notes for South Korea Trade Buyers

Landed cost planning for South Korea buyers

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Ningbo-Zhoushan and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Ningbo-Zhoushan, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 5 to 7 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

The biggest lever on price is specification. Higher puff counts, larger cells, premium mesh coils and custom packaging all shift cost, so it pays to decide which features your customers actually use rather than paying headroom for headline numbers that do not sell.

Landed cost — not factory price — is the number to compare. Freight, duties, insurance and handling can move the final figure substantially. VapeWholesaleHub provides DDP quotations on request, giving a single predictable cost per unit delivered to South Korea.

Practical checklist

• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims

Storage and shelf life at your South Korea warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to South Korea: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

Stability matters as much as safety. E-liquid formulations for biff bar bulk supply are steeped and bench-tested so flavor does not shift between the first and last unit of a carton. Repeat retailers tell us this consistency is the reason their customers stop shopping around — the tenth device tastes exactly like the first one.

Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every biff bar bulk supply carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.
