Biff Bar Bulk Supply Trade Terms in Kenya: Field Notes from the Trade Desk

Documents that travel with every shipment

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

Compliance is handled before dispatch, not after arrival. Every biff bar bulk supply carton for Kenya leaves with the document set the destination requires - FCC paperwork, ingredient statements and battery transport reports where applicable.

Storage and shelf life at your Kenya warehouse

Retail display units should stay in their sealed trays until sale. Opened stock should be merchandised upright, away from heat sources and strong light. Stores that follow this routine report virtually zero leak or dry-hit complaints across the biff bar bulk supply range.

Stock rotation at the Kenya warehouse should run first-in-first-out, with cartons held between 15°C and 30°C and humidity under 65%. Batch dates printed on every master carton make the discipline easy to audit.

Retail feedback from Kenya repeats one pattern: customers come back for the same flavor when batch quality is stable. That repeat behavior is worth more than a one-cent saving on the first order.

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Wholesale biff bar bulk supply pricing sits in a wide band depending on specification — roughly $3.10 per unit on typical ready-stock lines, with aggressive tier reductions as quantity increases. Quotations always separate unit price, packing and freight so buyers can see exactly what moves the number.

Minimum order quantities are designed for trade: typical entry at 100 units, with mixed-flavor cartons available so first orders are not forced into a single profile. Volume tiers usually step up at pallet and container quantities, where per-unit savings become significant.
