Australia Biff Bar Bulk Supply Warehouse Inventory: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Comparing quotations the professional way

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Storage and shelf life at your Australia warehouse

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Stock rotation at the Australia warehouse should run first-in-first-out, with cartons held between 15°C and 30°C and humidity under 65%. Batch dates printed on every master carton make the discipline easy to audit.

Practical checklist

• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins

Compliance paperwork for Australia imports

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

When destination rules in Australia change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.
